Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Checkout AI: B2B Checkout (the “App”), provided by Smith Crafts LLC. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

The service

The App lets you author and publish B2B checkout rules that run inside Shopify’s Functions runtime (cart-checkout validation, delivery-option customization, and payment-method customization). You are responsible for the rules you create and for testing them with the built-in preview before publishing.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current plans are Free, Starter, and Pro; paid plans include a free trial as shown at checkout. Charges recur each billing period until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the App’s plans page; cancellation stops future charges and access to paid features. Refunds, where applicable, are handled through Shopify.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to circumvent plan limits or billing, or use it to violate Shopify’s terms or applicable law.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the App available and correct, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Rules you publish take effect in your live checkout; always confirm behavior with the preview before publishing.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On uninstall, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
